Adult Education Works in Indiana
offers businesses and other organizations assistance in developing, marketing, and implementing a basic skills training program for employees on-site. A project of the Indiana Department of Education, the program is based on the nationally recognized model, English Works in Indiana, with the goal of improved workforce performance that strengthens return on investment.

Meet Mary Ann Williams, our Workforce Development Facilitator. She has gone through specialized training in Indiana, and is available to assess employees' basic skill levels, assist companies with securing funding, customize worksite classes, and provide teachers to help employees in basic skills, GED preparation, and ESL.
